We value your privacy and will contact you using provided text message, email and phone numbers only when necessary for the treatment and care of your pets. By scheduling an appointment and bringing your pet in for treatment, you are granting Colmar Veterinary Hospital consent to communicate with you by phone, email and text messages regarding treatment with your provided phone numbers and email addresses.
Service Reminders (Optional)
To assist you in maintaining your pet’s health we provide an optional reminder service that tracks due dates for annual exams, vaccinations, dental cleaning, blood work analysis, etc. that can be either an email, text message or phone call.
This an opt-in service and no messages are sent without your approval. Service reminder preferences are managed via your appointment check-in sheet, calling our Client Representatives or responding to received service reminders with the provided key-words.
Service reminders are bundled and sent on a patient basis 30 days prior to the service due date and repeat no more frequently than every 60 days and then suspend 240 days after the service due date to minimize communication.
