Certified Veterinary Technician/Veterinary Nurse

We are looking to hire a full or part time certified and/or experienced veterinary technician to join our growing practice near Lansdale, PA.

Our hospital is a modern facility with all new equipment and technology.

Position Responsibilities:

• Providing general nursing care
• Examining animals and checking vitals in preparation for the Veterinarian
• Taking X-rays of animals
• Administering first aid for emergencies
• Administering medication and treatments
• Drawing blood samples for testing
• Anesthesia monitoring / surgical support

Experience / Education Requirements:

• PVMA Certified
• 2 years experience minimum
• Experience with Impromed Infinity Software is a plus.

Work Schedule:

• Flexible but it does include working on some Saturday mornings (8a-12p) and 1-2 weekday evenings until 6-8pm

Base Salary:

• $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
